Oscar Barnes (12) is the Perennial’s current Managing Editor and News Section Co-Editor; in the past, he has been a Perennial Copy Editor and Staff Writer. Oscar joined journalism in order to expand his writing, communication, and management skills, as well as to connect with a politically passionate group of fellow student journalists.
