Billy Lloyd (11) is a photographer for the Perennial, and this is his third year on staff. Billy is excited to be working at the Perennial again this year, and looks forward to getting to know the subjects of his photos as he takes photos of them. In his free time, Billy enjoys talking to his friends and listening to music.
